There is no "official" team competition during the Final Round. It is an all out competition against every player in the field.

Note: The Commission will not get involved in any disputes over players' private betting activities. In fact, betting may be illegal, the Commission denies any knowledge of it, or responsibility for it. The Commission does not condone “skins game” action, and explicitly condemns any rumors of such activities. Any RSGE related skins games would be originized by RENEGADE FRAT BROTHERS. Play at your own risk.

The Purple Jacket Is On The Line!

This is the day that the players have been preparing for over the last year. Hours of range time, thousands of golf balls, and untold amounts of money spent on golf lessons — all pay their dividends today. Get ready to collect!

Each player is competing against every player in the field.

However, most of the TV coverage will be focused on the Championship Foursome — the four players with the most FedEx points from Friday's Competition Day round. These are the players that will compete for the 2026 RSGE Claret Jug and the prestigious Purple Jacket.

Winner take all. The lowest score wins. In case of a tie, the committee will hold an emergency meeting to determine the next step, the results of which will be announced no later than the end of the fourth quarter of this year.
